Royalton Splash Punta Cana, An Autograph Collection All-Inclusive Resort & Casino, Punta Cana

We had an amazing stay at the Royalton Splash! The resort is beautifully landscaped with lots of greenery and feels like a little paradise. Our rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, especially enjoyed the suite with a hot tub. The dining options were great, although the buffet could use a bit of variety. There's plenty of fun activities for families, but at times, finding sunbeds was a bit challenging. Overall, the value for money was excellent, especially with the Diamond Club amenities.

My stay at the hotel was far from what I expected, unfortunately. Despite it being a high-end property, the service was lacking, and there were several inconveniences that really dampened my experience. On the bright side, the food was enjoyable, and the pool and beach areas were nice. Overall, I can't say it was worth the money considering the many issues we faced during our visit.

My stay at the Royalton Splash was simply wonderful! The resort offers fantastic amenities like a water park and beautiful pools, plus a clean beach experience. The service was on point, especially with our butler Antonio, who made our trip memorable. On the downside, securing restaurant reservations was a challenge, and I felt some amenities were occasionally lacking due to high demand during peak times.

The hotel has a great setting with stunning beach access and a fun water park, but service fell short of expectations with disorganized dining experiences and unmotivated staff. We faced challenges with communication and access to facilities, making our stay less enjoyable than anticipated. While the food quality was good overall, the inconsistencies in service left a lot to be desired.
